YUM, amazing and delicious Italian meal! In the heart of NYC theatre district, a perfect (and moderately reasonable) place to grab dinner before a show! Majority of their pastas are homemade (ask server), sauces are tasty and flavorful (no need to add salt in my opinion). Service was professional, friendly, prompt and attentive by their entire staff. Ambience was casual, welcoming, earthy with touch of elegance. Overall, 4.5+ rated for my experience for food, service and high quality. One of the BEST meals I ate in NYC - expect to pay reasonable $25-35pp for high quality entrees. Recommend reservations after 5pm. Today, ordered Caesar a salad, tasty and great to share (for 2) if just want a small starter. We saved room for the main courses...Pappardelle al Buon Gustaio, Rigatoni, Tortellini alla Panna Matata, and Chicken Parmigiana. WOW ... delicious, housemade and so flavorful that hits the spot! I would re-order any of these again depending your craving for type pasta and flavors!! Plus nice wine list to pair for any meal ordered. To top off the meal, we shared a couple of their signature Italian specialty desserts - wonderful and perfect for a taste of sweetness and to clear the palette! Don't miss Trattoria Trecolori! Loved this Italian eatery and would return for every show night I visit! ENJOY!!!

This italian restaurant is in a great location right off broadway and is perfect for before or after a play. The service is always delightful and the food is amazing. However, the drinks were quite strong and lacking flavor and not thoroughly mixed. Besides that, it is comforting to know that trecolori is always a solid option for everyone when visiting broadway and I will be back for sure!

A family own business in the heart of Times Square is great before or after shows. In business for over 25 years the first thing I can tell you is, they have a great bar with Peroni on tap for refreshing drink on a hot day! The staff is super friendly and will do anything to accommodate you for showtime, etc. Nice standard selection of Italian standards the Fritto Misto (calamari, zucchini, shrimp, etc. ) was done to perfection and probably one of the best I've ever had. The Carbonara and lasagna were both very good and went well with way too much bread, wine, and beer! Nice place to stop in for a meal. Prices were super reasonable and easy access to nearby theaters.

Beautiful restaurant with fantastic food and service!!! Came here for my birthday and it was so special. We got pastas and tiramisu and everything was so delicious. We were also running late to go see wicked but the staff made everything work out perfectly and we were on time. I highly recommend dining here. One of the BEST dining experience in theater district!

Everything about this place is amazing. From the service to the food. Our server along with others were very tentative and nice. The spicy margaritas were great! Noodles were made to perfection.

Great dining experience at Trattoria Trecolori last night! We arrived a little after 5pm with no reservation but we were able to get a small bar table to enjoy our meal. My tortellini was excellent. Excellent service and lovely atmosphere.

The food was the closest I've ever had to the quality and flavors I ate in Rome. The food had a beautiful simplicity and purity in taste and quality. The place was elegant, the staff were professional and classy, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend it.

We were looking for a different resturant in the NYC theater district area to dine before seeing "The Heart of Rock and Roll". We checked the web and came across Trattoria Trecolori on West 47the St. It received good reviews and ratings so we made a reservation. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was immaculate. The homemade minestrone soup was hearty and full of flavor! We also tried the Mozzarella en Carrozza. Slight smokey flavor from the mozzarella with its soft milky texture made my taste buds happy. I ordered the American lamb chops, medium temperature. It was accompanied with fresh broccoli rabe. The lamb chops were perfectly grilled and had a rich, earthy, and robust flavor and accompanied with the earthy, slight garlic flavor of the broccoli rabe gave the of lamb a succulent savory flavor. My girlfriend ordered the chicken parmigiana, the chicken cutlet was thin and fried just like my grandmother used to make. Trattoria's sauce we one of the best I have tasted and the spaghetti was cooked perfectly....it dente! Our meal was ended our meal with a cup of cappuccino, macchiato and two mini cannolis. We would like to thank Arisvel for his attentive service! Bonus was that our meal was reasonably priced for NYC!

While it doesn't appear to be the vibiest buzziest spot, this place feels like a classic. I read the reviews and saw some different opinions. I didn't expect the food to be so good. It's a comforting, familiar, home-cooked kind of vibe. We got the carbonara and the rigatoni. Both were incredible. I especially loved the carbonara but the creaminess of that with the tartness of the rigatoni's sauce was to die for. The smokiness of that pancetta was truly delish. Don't expect crazy novel dishes, they do the familiar to perfection. A solid serving size, and a solid tiramisu too. Great service. And complementary bread with olive oil? Sign me up!
